YMBRBAS, pursuant to Resolution R-441 passed January 12, 1988 the
Village President and Board of Trustees approved the 1988 Employee Pay Plan and
concurrently adjusted the mid-points of Ranges 1 through-l , inclusive; and
YRZRBAS, it is deemed appropriate to amend the previously approved
Employee Pay Plan so as to reclassify the following positions:
Public Yorks Superintendent from Grade 11 to Grade 12;
Finance Officer from Grade 10 to Grade 11;
Golf Pro Manager to Golf Pro from Grade 9 to Grade 3;
Bath A Tennis Club Director to Clubhouse Ranger from Grade 7 to Grade 5;
Chef free part-time`to full-time Grade 4;
Sports Core Secretary from part-tine to full-tine Grade 2; and
Houseman/Custodial Eaintenance Nan from part-time to full-time tirade 1; and
VIBRRAI, it is deemed appropriate to amend the previously approved
Employe* Pay Plan so as to create the position of Golf !tanager/Greens
Superintendent Ovule 9;IIIRRIAB, it is deemed appropriate to amend the previously approved
Employee Pay Plea so as to change the full-tine Assistant Bath A Tennis Club
Director position to a pert-time position;
