February 10, 1988, be and is hereby *paced subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this liesolstion.

Section 1 hsrebf be and is fly subject to the follpeing conditions;
A. That the plat be aseaded to include 6 foot side yard and10'foot rear
yard easements for public utility purposes, granted solely to the Village
of Oak Brook and its assignees.
