SUBJECT: 1997 MFT RESOLUTION
RECOMMENDATION: That the President end 'Card of Trustees adopt the
attached resolution which approprietes 175,680 in MFT
funds for thm calendar gear 1987. �!
The attached resolution is required bg the Stets of Illinois, Motor
Fuel Tex Division to free up funds for use in paging for deicer salt
and costs related to the operation of Village street lights and
traffic signals. The 1887 budget included $26,180 for deicer salt end
$411,500 for energg costs. This is a continuation of the policy to use
nrT funds to cover the cast of salt and energy. The above figures
Include a 30% increase in the anticipated expenditure for contingency
blMel�t.

Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons at 8:00 P.M.
