are hereby adapted as though fully set forth herein.

of a perpetual easement over the property described in the attached agreement
entitled "W.teriag Statics iasameet Agreewmat", copy of which is attached
hereto, labelled 'Exhibit I', wade a part hereof sad hereby approved.
Section 3: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to essaete the said Meteriang Station Rasement
Agreement.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be is full force and effect from
