R-634 - 10/25/1994 - FINAL PLAT - Resolutions RESOLUTION 94-SD-R- 634 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LARK RESUBDIVISION (3001-3003 Lincoln) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on June 20, 1994 recommended approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision entitled, "Lark Resubdivision"; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to certain conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the Preliminary and Final Plat of Lark Resubdivision prepared by Harrington & Associates, Inc. , dated, as received by the Engineering Department, July 25, 1994, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Lark Resubdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made subject to the following conditions: (a) That the Subdivision Regulations in Article VII(2) (B) (1) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, that ". . .the area of any such lot which is used for access shall not be construed as the front yard of said lot nor shall the access area be used to satisfy any other yard, setback or minimum lot area requirement as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance. . ." be waived. (b) That the land improvement standard, in Article VII(3) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, pertaining to street width, curbs and gutters, cul-de-sacs, sidewalks, street lights, easements, and street trees be waived.
