S-90 - 04/27/1965 - ELECTIONS - Ordinances Ufa-e LL- ;OAJS D CAWASS ACS(4 1IS Ig4.S S-10 ORDINANCE OF ELECTION CANVASS WHEREAS, upon notice duly published, as by statute in such cases made and provided,: the regular election for the Village of Oak Brook was held on the 20th day of April, 1965; and WHEREAS, there were to be elected at such election three Village Trustees for a fourwyear term; and WHEREAS* the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have canvassed the results of said election; NOW, THEREFORE? BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook: Section I. That it is hereby found and determined that the following named persons received the following number of votes for the offices indicated: For Village Trustee w four-year term (three to be electeda George B. Howell 362 votes Edward K. O?Brien 358 votes Richard A. Barton 357 votes Charles Rhodes 9 votes Peggy Coffin 6 votes Edward F. New 6 votes Orville Boeger 1 vote Sam Dean 1 vote Richard E. Larson 1 vote Harry Owen 1 vote J. Smith 1 vote Section 2. That it is hereby found and determined that the following named persons, having received the highest number of votes for the office of Village Trustee of the Village of Oak Brook for a four,.-year term, have been elected as such Village Trustees, to wit: George B. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such Cases made and provided.
