S-142 BEING "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PURSUANT TO. 4BDIN CE G-60 BEING' THE:��40K ZONING 1RDINANCE, PASSED 16 APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENNT AND B&W OF TRUSTEES ON.THE `22nd DAY OF MARCHO 19669 AS AMERMp"WHICH SAID ORDINANCE GRANTING SUCH PERKIT WAS ADOPTED_ BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAkuoox ON AUGUST 22. 1967 �r�r-rrriwr�rr.�rr.i���r�rr•�rr�r. WHEREASs the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook did on the 22nd day of August,, 1967, adopt Ordinance No. S-142 granting a special use permit for the construction and operation of a multi-story hotel to be known as the "Sheraton-Oak Brook"; and WHBRBAS it was the Board's opinion that certain conditions and restrictions should be contained therein which were in accordance with the permitted plans for such development; and WHEREAS, the owner of the promises involved has amended the plans for the construction of said building and requests that certain changes in the provisions of such special use permit be granted; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have re- quested the cem msnts of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook with respect to such proposed changes; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the Board change the restrictions contained in said ordinance as proposed by the owner; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook: Section 1. That Section 2 of said Ordinance Rio.
