S-158 - 04/23/1968 - ZONING -VARIATION - Ordinances IkEFER- Za W N C 9 c�-;: 4-18-68 1 & VARtaT i bYJ -- �.. . �' Mu e I I CR)- S iD c— y'RRr...'o s_ s 11(.09 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE OAKBROOK ZONING ORD1NANq WHEREAS, the owner of the property more particularly here- inafter described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oakbrook for a variation to the rules and regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oakbrook with respect to side yard requirements; and WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Beard of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook; and WHEREAS, the said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the variation be granted; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook concur with said recommendation and are of the opinion that a variation should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook: Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of the Oakbrook Zoning Ordinance contained in Section VII-D-8(b) per- taining to side yard requirements are hereby varied reducing the side yard requirements from 18 feet to 10 feet on the following described property, to-wit: Lot 2 in Mueller's Country Club Subdivision located in the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 39 North, Range 110 East of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPags County, Illinois, the general location of the property being 3115 Meyers .Road in Oakbrook, Illinois, Section 2.
