BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. S-162, granting a variation to
the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, as it pertains to
the property legally described hereinafter, is hereby amended to
grant said realty a Special Use under Section VII, D, 2, for con-
struction of a church sanctuary and steeple in accordance with
Sheet S-30, Long Range Development Plans, dated the 25th day of
January, 1968.
Section 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance No. S-162
are hereby reaffirmed as long as not inconsistent with this amend-
ment.
Section 3. That the subject property is legally described
as follows:
Salt Creek Highland, a Subdivision situated in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 39 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, ac-
cording to the plat of said subdivision recorded
October 1, 1955, as document No. 775368, in DuPage
County, Illinois.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such
cases made and provided.
