AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO d(�-3 -3oFl_O17
THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF 11-73
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966" , AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois ,
of 1966" , as amended, to permit relocation of a barn within the
90 foot side requirement where three horses will be kept; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook;
and
Whereas , the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion
that a variation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois , of 1966" ,
as amended, contained in Section VII , C, 4 are hereby varied to
permit the relocation of a barn within the 90 foot side yard
requirement where three horses are presently maintained and from
the requirement that one horse per acre is permitted, upon the
hereinafter described realty, provided that the new barn structure
conformsto the provisions of the ordinance with respect to
drainage and meet all DuPage County Health Department regulations.
Section '2. The real estate affected hereby is legally
described as , to-wit:
Part of the Southwest quarter of Section 36 , Township
39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter
corner of said Section 36 ; thence West 298.32 feet along
theSouth line of said Section 36 ; thence North 555.6 feet
for a place of beginning; thence North 375 feet to the
center line of Spring Road; thence Southeasterly 163. 9
feet along the center line of Spring Road; thence South
321.4 feet; thence West 155 feet to the place of beginning,
in DuPage County, Illinois
generally located approximately 100 feet West of curve on
Spring Road near York Road.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such
case made and provided.
