WATER FEES
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING '
ORDINANCE 277 , PUBLIC WORKS
CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance 277 , Public Works Construction Regula-
tions of the Village of Oak Brook, is hereby amended to delete from
Article VI, Section 2 , Paragraph D, Subparagraphs 2 and 3 by
deleting it in its entirety said subparagraphs.
Section 2 . Said Public Works Construction Regulation Ordinance
is further amended by deleting in its entirety Article VIII , Section
2 , Paragraph C, Subparagraph 4 .
Section 3. Article VI , Section 5, Paragraph B, Subparagraph 2 ,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Bills for metered service shall be rendered periodically
and shall show the readings of the meter at the beginning
and end of the period for which the bill is rendered. The
basis for computing such bill shall be the same as indicated
by the meter readings.
Section 4. Article VIII of said Public Works Construction
Regulations Ordinance, Section 2, Paragraph C, Subparagraph 9 is
hereby amended to read as follows:

An additional charge of 5% is hereby added to bills not
paid within 15 days of billing date.

Fire Hydrants $2. 36/Hydrant/Month
Unmetered water during construction - (for water used
prior to meter being installed within 60 days in ac-
cordance with Section VI 5D)
Up to and including 1" Service $ 35. 00
1-1/2" to 3" service inclusive 70. 00
4" and larger service 140. 00
When billing occurs other than on a monthly basis, the
minimum rate shall be prorated proportionately to the
period billed and the gallonage charges shall be based
on actual usage proportionately increased for the period
billed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, this /a day
