JOSEPH SEMINARY WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have heretofore passed Ordinance 5-494 on August 24, 1982, which Ordinance approved a special use for the residential development of the St. Joseph Seminary and the proposed preservation plan therefor, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have heretofore passed Ordinance S-499 on February 8, 1983, which Ordinance approved the final preservation plan for the residential development of the St. Joseph Seminary; and WHEREAS, certain information contained in Section 1 of Ordinance 5-499 relative to the proposed development has been modified, as further set forth in this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have reviewed the proposed final preservation plan as modified and find it to be in conformance with the applicable provisions of said Zoning Ordinance and Ordinance S-494; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows: Section 1 : That Section 1 ( B) (i) of said Ordinance S-499 be and is hereby amended to read as follows: (A) Existing plans for basement, first, second and third floors dated June 15, 1981, and proposed basement plan dated June 15, 1981 last revised April 13, 1983, as prepared by Milton N. Zic Associates.
