S-4 - 05/13/1958 - ANNEXATION - Ordinances � r i Y ORDINAM ANNITING CERTAIN TElWTORZ TQ THE VILidM OF OAMWOK, D6 PAM OO T, TLLINOIS WHERMS, there has been duly filed with the Clerk of the Village of Oskbrook, Du Page Couwiy, Illinois, a petition, under oath, asking that the following described territory be annexed to the Village of Oakbrook: That part of the northwest quarter of Section 27 and the northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 39 North, Range 11, Ust of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Coadwncing at the northwest corner of the north- west quarter of Section 27, for a place of beginning; thence so!uth*rly along the west line of Section 27, to the south lice of the zero 10 acres of the northwst quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 27; thence easterly along said south line of the awth 10 acres, to the oenterline of Mid- west Road, as now platted and recorded; thence northerly alsag said oerterlins, to the north line of the northwest quarter of Section t7; thence easterly along said north lines, to the east line of said northwest quarter of Section 27; thssee southerly along said east line, to the south line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 27; thence westerly along said south dine of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 27, to the west right-ot-way lies of Midwest Road, j as now platted and recorded; thence northerly along said west right-of-way line, to a point 1000.01 south of the north line of the northwest quarter of Section 27; thence westerly and parallel with said north line, a distance of 150.0t; thesis* southerly and parallel with the centerline of Midwest Road as now platted and recorded to the north Use of the south 35 acres of the west half of the northwest '"` quarter of Section 27; thence westerly along said north line to the west line of Section t7; thence southerly along said west line, to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 26; then@* westerly along the south line of the northeast quarter of Section 28, to the west line of the northeast quarter of Section 28; thence northerly along said want line, a distanoo of 33.52 chs.
