S-19 - 01/12/1960 - ANNEXATION - Ordinances /9 1 ORDINANCE ANNUING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE TII.AGE OF OAKBROOK,. j DU PAGI COUNTY, I11INCIS SAS, there has beer► duly filed with the Clerk of the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois, a petition, under oath, asking that the following described terrritory be annexed to the Village at Oakbrook: All of lot 2 of Dr. FAT's Division of lots 22 and 23, in York Township Superriser'ssessment Plat OB, in the S.T. 1/4 of Section 22, Township 39 North, Range 11, Bast cf the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded November lA, 19310 as Document No. 638977. Also that part of 22nd Street running east from the west line of said Lot 2 (as extended fly) to the west right of way line of Midwest Road (as extended across 22nd Street), all situated in the S.T. JA of Section 22, Township 39 North, Range 11, last of the Third Principal Meridian, said described property being oontigueue to -the Village of Oakbrook, all in Du Page County, Illinois; and , said petition is signed by the owner of record of all of the real estate described therein, there being no electors residing j an said territory; and � XUWUS, the said territory is contiguous to the Pillage of i Oakbrook and is not within the corporate limits of any municipality; and SUMUS, the Statutes of the State of Illinois provide that upon the filing of such petition the corporate authorities of the Village of Oakbrook may pass an ordinance annexing said territory to said village if said ordinance is passed by a two-thirds vote of said corporate author- ities; NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois: Section 1: That the following described property be and the same is hereby annexed to the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois, to-wit: All of lot 2 of Dr. Fay's Division of lots 22 and 23, in York Township Supervisor's Assessment Plat #B, in the S.T. 1/4 of Section 22, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded r� J ' r November 10, 1951, as Document No. 638977.
