BE IT ORDAINM by the President and Board of Trustees of the Villago
of Oakbrook, County of Du Page, State of Illinois, as follom
Section 1. That Section 10 of a:i ordinance regulating the sale of
alcoholic liquor within the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County+ I1lisofs,
be and the sane is hereby amended, and as amended, Mall road as followas
"Section 10. Number of Licenses. Until otherrise altered or
changed y or nanc0 or roe- ution of the Hoard of Trustees of that
Village of Oakbrook, the number of Class "A" licenses .issued vithin
the Village of Oakbrook shall be limited to six (6) and the number
of Class "H" licenses shall not be limited."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in Rill
force from and after its passage and publication as by statute in scab
case made and provided. \
