S-27 - 06/13/1961 - ZONING - Ordinances k4l OFD:-NANCE A:Ui DIN3 THE ZONING OF.DIN 91ICE OF THE CILUIE OF OAKTBROOK, ILLINOIS, BY RECLASSIFYIN':• CERTAIN PROP,RTY FROM "R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE M STRICT" TO "MS MAIrUFACTURIN s DISTRICT" WHEREAS, the owners of the following described real estate have filed with the Village of Oakbrook a petition for the rezoning of the following described real estate from "R-1, Single Fa11ily Residence District" to."M, Manufacturing District"; and WHEREAS, the said petition has been considered by the Plan Commission of the Village of Oakbrook and the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook; and WHEREAS, the Zorina Board of Appeals has conducted a public hearing on said petition; and WHEE00, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended to the Board of Trustees that said petition for rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Trustees that all the require- ments of the Zoninn Ordinance o-' the Village of Oakbrook and the Illinois Revised Statutes to such matters pertaining have been complied with in all respects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR'DAIN'ED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, Illinois: Section 1: That the following described real estate, to-wit: That part of Sections 25 and 26, Township 39 North, Range 11, Fast of the Third Pr1ncipal Meridian, Du Parse County, Illinois, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 26, thence S 0007159" E along the east lire of said Section 26, also being the east line of the presently zoned MAT1R r'ACTURIi:G D-ISTRSCT, as shown on the 1'1011_211111:j TD STRICT T"AP adopted by the President and Board of Tr s tees of the Village of Oak Brook on the 17th day of November, A. D. 1959, a distance of 750.01 feet to the southeasterly corner of said MUUFACTURING DISTRICT; thence S 89037138" '1f along the south line of said t.ANUFACT�JRi`I1 DISTRICT, being a line 0-ic1l is 750.0 feet south of (as measured perpendicular to am parallel tiith) the centerline of 22nd Street (Cermak Road), a distance o'- 1860.65 feet to a point on a curve, said curve also being' the southerly line of the Northern Illinois Gas Company property; thence southeesterly aloeg a curve, convex southerly, said curve havi-g a radius of 3072.29 feet, a distance of 292.03 feet; thence N 89037/ 138" E along a line which is 850.0 feet south of (as measured p.�rrendicular to and parallel with) the centerline of 22nd Street (Cermak Road) a distance of 2628.87 feet; thence V 7036125" E a distance of 858.53 feet to a point on the north l°_ne of said Section 25 said line also being the centerline of 22nd Street (Cermak Road; thence S 89036125" Iff along the centerline of 22nd Street (Cermak Road) a distance of 610.0 feet to the place of beginning; subject to that portion dedicated for highway purposes (22nd Street) and that portion granted for Permanent Easement for Highway and Utility Purposes to the Illinois State Toll Highway Commission as Parcel No. T-6a-139.11 recorded as Document No. 904317, be and the same is hereby reclassified and rezoned from "R-1, Single Family Residence" to IM, Manufacturing District" and that the said property shall henceforth be included within the "M, Manufacturing District." Section 2: That the official zoning map of the Village of Oakbrook be changed to comply with this ordinance. Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
