AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DISCONNECTION BY CORPORATE
AUTHORITIES OF A CERTAIN TERRITORY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DUPAGE COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, as follows: 1
Section I
''1TFW the following described territory:
That part of Section 27, Township 39 North, Range 11 j
East of the Third Principal Meridian lying South of
the Nortth line of the South 35 acres of the West Half
of the orthwest Quarter of said Section 27 and lying a
West of the West line of Midwest Road according to
Document No. 389554 and east of a line 250 feet West
of and parallel to said West line of Midwest Road, all
in DuPage County, Illinois, j

located in the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois,
be and hereby is disconnected from the Village of Oak Brook,
DuPage County, Illinois.
_Section II
it is further ordained that a certified copy of this
Ordinance be filed for recordation in the Recorder 's Office
of the County of DuPage, Illinois, and that a certified copy
of this Ordinance be filed with the County Clerk of DuPage
County, Illinois.
Section III
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed. s
Section IV
I'f't$-Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from f
and after its passage and approval according to law.
