OF PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OP OAK BROOK: I
Discussed and direction given at the Regular meeting of July 26, 1988.
Proposed ordinance allows for non-exempt full-time police and fire
employees who work on a holiday to be paid at time-and-a-half.

Dear Madam:
The Resolution for Section 88-00016-00-RS, adoptad by the
President and Board of Trustees on August 9, 1.988, was approved
today. This resolution provides for the resurfacing of various
streets with a bituminous concrete binder and surface course,
Class I, and the repair of the existing combination concrete
curb & gutter & drainage structres. This resolution
; ropriates $100,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the
subject section.
