WHEREAS, t 9 Plan Comission of the Villags Of Oak ;3rOOk OR August
1988 recommended approval of the Plat Of subdivisiOn Of Ugelos' First
Resubdivision of Heritage Oaks; and
WHEMS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered tho
recommendation of the plait Commission and concur with the same including the
conditions recommended therein;
NOW, TBEREFOPY,, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
V-ILLAGE oar OAK )3Rool,, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Angelos' First
Resubdivision of Heritage Oaks prepared by Gentile and Associates, Inc. dated,
as last revised, June 3, 1988 be and is hereby approved subject to the
conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision known as
Angelos' First Repubdivision of Heritage Oaks as given in Section I hereof be
and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
a) That the existing structures on the subject property be domilished
and removed in their entirety from the subject property and actual
physical construction commence on a single-family structure no later than
Ovtober 27, 1988.
Section 3: That all requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Regulations of the village of Oak Brook, except as waived or
limited by this Reolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision approved
herein.
