Consultants, Inc. dated as received (larch 14, 1989, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the Final plat of Heritage Oaks, Unit 2, as given in Section I hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the f following conditions: A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for the installation of street lights are waived, provided that a street light is installed at the intersection of Heritage oaks Court and Proposed Heritage Circle. B. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for the construction of sidewalks are waived. Section 3: That all the requ'iremants, conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulation of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of said Heritage Oaks, Unit II.
