WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook onMarch rnie
1989 recommended the approval of the final plat of the proposed
Pyle 2nd Resubdivision; and
wNEREAS, the village President and Ward of Trustees have considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with sane, subject to certain
conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Buck/Ernie Pyle
2nd Resubdivision prepared by Bollinger, Lach a Associates, Inc, as last
revised April 20, 1989 be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Secti.Qn 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivison of the
Buck/Ernie Pyle 2nd Resubdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is
hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
A. That the plat include private easements for access and storm water
detention.
B. That an existing bike path on the south side of 16th Street should be
extended to the now intersection/entrance to the development at the
developer's expense.
C. That all. public utility easements except as presently shown on the
plat ere waived.
D. That the developer prepare final engineering to be reviewed at a

subsequent seating prior to any construction of public or private
improvements on the property.
SeotL41n 3: That all of the requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook except as waived or
limited by this Resolution shall be applicable to the resubdivision and
development of said Buck/Ernie Pyle 2nd Resubdivision.
Section 4: That the site plan for the subject property as last revised
April 14, 1989 is approved. A copy of said Site Plan is attached hereto,
labelled Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
