WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the
recomendation of the Plan Comaission and coacur with the same including thto
conditions rec ndecl therein;
NOW, TMMZFM, BE IT RESOLVED By THE PRESIDEM AND JOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAP. BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COM1TIES, rMINDIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final. Plat of Subdivision known as Angelos' First
Resubdivision of Heri Oaka prepared.by the and Associates, Inc. dated,
as last revised, June 3, 1988, be and is hereby approved subject to the
condition e. rated in Section F of this Resolution.
Section 3: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision known as �
Angeloa' First Resubdivision of Heritage oaks as given in Section 1 hereof be
and is hereby expressly subject to tho following tea:
That the existing structures the subject property be demolished and
