BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
That the site plan for the property known as Buck/Ernie Pyle 2nd
Resubdivision, as last revised May 2, 1989 is approved. A copy of said Site
Plan is attached hereto, labelled Exhibit A, and hereby made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 8th day of August , 1989 by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois according to a roll call vote as follows:

MEETING CALL:
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President
Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons at 7:32 P.M.

That the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 25, 1989 be approved as
amended and waive reading of same.

thereof.
