R S S O L U T I O R
WHEREAS, MOHAMMAD SARWAR, M.D., has faithfully and with dedication
served the Village of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Zoning Board
of Appeals from May, 1987 to August 15, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the said MOHAMMAD SARWAR, has also served the greater
community at large through his teaching and through medical practice of his
profession specializing in Neuroradiology; and
WHEREAS, during the performance of said service, MOHAMMAD SARWAR has
given unselfishly of his time, effort and expertise, contributing thereby to the
progress and well-being of the said village and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a
record of such faithful service should be made and spread upon the records of
said Village-,
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook txaat the said MOHAMMAD SARWAR be grad he hereby is
commended for his faithful service to the Village of Oak Brook and the citizens
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do
hereby extend their appreciation and gratitude to the said KOHAMMAD SARWAR for
his many civic services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be
delivered to the said MOHAMMAD SARWAR and that this Resolution be spread upon the
official permanent records of said Village.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of t-ae
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, tnis 22nd day of

RESOLUTION N0. R-484 RESOLUTION 0? ':PRECIATION - DR. MOHAMMAD SARWAR

President Cerne read in its entirety a proposed Resolution commending
Mohammad Sarwar for his service to the Village as a Zoning Board of
Appeals member from May, 1987 to August 15, 1989.
Trustee Bushy moved, seconded by Trustee Bartecki...

B. RESOLUTION 90. -R--485 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE FAIR
LABOR STANDARDS ACT POLICIES FOR THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK:
Direction given at the Regular Meeting of December 16, 1986 to approve
a listing of policies for the Village of Oak Brook so as to be in
compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act including listing specific
Village personnel who were determined to be exempt with respect, to FLSA
Standards. Proposed Resolution classifies the Fire Captain position as
exempt.
Trustee Bushy moved, seconded by Trustee Bartecki...
To pass Resolution No. R-485 as presented and waive the full reading
thereof.
ROLL CALL VOTE: Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Bushy, Maher, Payovich
