WHEREAS, on December 16, 1986, the Village President and Board of
Trustees approved the Fair Labor Standards Act policies for the Village of oak
Brook; and
iIMWAS, pursuant to Resolution R-452 as amended by Resolution R-485, the
Village President and Board of Trustees amended such policies by enumerating
personnel exampt from overtime gay requirements; and
{WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees deemad a further
amendment of such provisions to be appropriate;
Rte, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Appendix A of the Fair Labor
Standards Act policies of the Village of Oak Brook be and is hereby amended to
read as follows:
a) Village Manager
b) Assistant to Village Manager
c) Administrative Assistant

e) Village Engineer
f) Finance Officer
g) Assistant Finance Officer
