WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on September 17,
1990 recommended the approval of the final plat of the proposed York Lake
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with same, subject to certain
conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COCK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as York Lake
Subdivision prepared by Donald G. Eddy Company, dated as last received August
30, 1990 be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of tnis Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final slat of York Lake Subdivision
as gave inn motion 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the
following conditions:
A. That the developer contribute adequate -ands future construction by
the Village of a bicycle path along the east s�"aa of York Road based on
the attached estimate prepared by the Village Eugineer and that payment
of this dollar amount to the Village is a precondition to the Village's
recording of the plat.
B. Tsiat the appropriate covenants in form and substance acceptable to the
Village, as approved by its Village Attorney, be executed assuring the
continues) maintenance of the areas marked Wetland and 5tormrater
Detention Easement as well as those areas specifically identified in such
covenants necessary or desirable for the drainage of stormwater to and
from the property subdivided.
C. That ''he approval of the Final Plat of York Lake Subdivision as given in
Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the condition that
any requirement for construction of sidewalks has been waived.
Section 3: That all of the requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Requlations of the Village of Oak Brook except as waived or
limited by this Resolution shall be applicable to the subdivision and
development of said York Lake Subdivision.

Trustee hinters moved, seconded by Trustee Payovich to pass Resolution
No. R-512 as presented and waive the full reading thereof. Roll Call
