AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAM OF A
CERTAIN STRBXT OR PUBLIC HAY WITHIN
THE VILLAGE OF OIA0RO% DUPAGE COUNTY,ta
WHEREAS, there is located within the boundaries of the
Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, a certain street or
public way known and designated as "32nd Street"; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion'of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook that the naa3e of said street
or public way should be changed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook:
I£ I is, That the name of the street or public way
heretofore: known and designated as 032nd Street" be and the same
is hereby changed to "White Oak Lana," and said street or public
way shall from henceforth be known as"'White Oak Lane."
Section 2. Be it further ordered that the official mnp
of the Village of Oakbrook be changed to comply with the provisions
of this ordinance.
§2g&Jon 2., That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute
in such case made and provided.
