AN ORDINANCE AMENDING: THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, Did PAGE COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN MIR yJUAJ3
WHEREAS, the owners of the property more particularly
hereinafter described have petitioned the corporate authorities
of the Village of Oakbrook to rezone said property from R-2 Single
Family Residence District to M Limited Manufacturing District; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to said request has
been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak-
brook after receiving the recommendation of the Planning Commission
of said Village; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Oakbrook has recommended that said petition be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the

Village of Oakbrook. concur with said recommendation and are of
the opinion that said petition should be granted and that said
property should be rezoned accordingly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITS ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook:
Section 1. That the following described property, too-wit
That part of the Fast half of the South hest Quarter
of Section 22, `township 39 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the West line of the East half of the South»
west iluarter of Section 22 aforesaid, 1424.28 feet North
of the Southwest corner of said East half of said South-
west qaarter; running thence North on division line 442.86
feet to center of Butterfield Road (before being widened);
thence North 61. degrees East alone the center of Butterfi ,14
Road (before being widened) 235.82 feet for a place of
beginning; thence South parallel with division line 507.13
feet; thence North 77 degrees :East 179.28 feet (to a point
382.80 feet East of division tine); thence North 561 .2 feet
to center of Butterfield Road (before being witdensd);
thence :youth 61 degrees West, along than center of Butterfield
Road 1.98,38 feet to the place of beginning, subject to
Highwny ri hts along the Northerly boundary line known
an Butterf old Road, in DuPage Counter, Illinois;
ALSO
That part of the lost half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 12, Township 39 North, Mange 11 , Raet of the gird
Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginnin at a
point on the West line of the Bast half of the South West
Quarter of Section 22 aforesaid, 1424.28 feat North of the
South West corner of said East half of said Southwest
quarter running thence North on division line 442.86 feet
to the center of Butterfield Road (before booing widened);
thence North 61 degrees East alongg the center of Butterfield
Road (before being widened) 235.$2 feet fora place of be-
ginning; thence South parallel with division line (west
line of East half of Southwest quarter of said Section 22),
to the South line of Butterfield Road (as widened) thence
South 40 feet parallel with said division line to a int,
thence Northwesterly on a line that forms an angle of
17'071 (measured North toward test) with last described
line, a distance of 35.91 feet to the -Southerly line of
Butterfield Road (as widened), thence North on a line
parallel to the division line to the center of Butterfield
Road (before being widened) thence North 61 East 12 feet
to the place of beginning, subject to Highway rights along
the Northerly boundary line known as Butterfield Road, in
DuPaga County, Illinois, and commonly referred to as
17W551 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby reclassified and rezoned from R•2 Single
Family Residence District to M Limited Manufacturing District.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall b* in full fora* and
effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such
cases made and provided.
