AN ORDINANCE AMMING THE ZONING ORDINANCR
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAmvm, DU PAGE COMP,
ILLINOIS, BY RECIMSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERT'It
WITHIN SAID Vtr AS —
WHEREAS. the owner of the property gore particularly
described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village
of Oakbrook to rezone said property from R-2. Single F441.1y
Residence District. to R-11, SiAg),e Family Residence District; and
WHEREASa a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook after
receiving the recd madation of the Planning CovOissiae of said
Village; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Oakbrook has recommended that said petitioa be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook concur with said recommmdatiou and are of the opWOM
that said petition should be granted and that said property should
be rezoned accordingly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIlM by the president and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook:
