BE IT 0RDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Vill. .-;� of Oakbrook, Cwunty of DuPage, State of Illinois, as

Section 1. That Section 10 of an ordinancw regulating
tt,e sale of alcoholic liquor within the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage
founty, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended, and as amended,
shall read as follows:
"Section 10. Number of Licenses. Until otherwise
a.ltere or c fanged y or finance or resolution of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, the
number of Class 'A' Licensees issued within the Village
of Oakbrook shall be limited to eleven (11) and the
number of Class ' B' licenses shall not be limited."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication
as by statute in such case made: and 'provided.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees
