That Section lO of an ordinance regulating the .,ale of alcoholic liquor within the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, he and the same is hereby amended, and as amended, shall read as follows: Section iO. Number of Licenses. Until otherwise altered or c are_5ad by ordinance or resolution of the Hoard of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, the number of Class 'A.' :licenses issued within the Village of Oakbrook shall be limited to ten (10) and the number of Class 'B' licenses shall not be limited.,, Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in lull farce from and after its passage and publication as by statute in such case made and provided.
