S-37 - 12/12/1961 - AGREEMENT - Ordinances .. i i AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DOGS IN RETAIL STORES WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS I BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook: Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to i bring or cause to be brought into any shop, store, or retail place { of business wherein the public is invited to do business with the management thereof, during 'such hours as the said public is so 3 invited, and it shall be unlawful for any person to bring or cause to be brought into any public building at any time - any dog unless �,- said dog is under his control and is brought for the purpose of conducting business or inquiry wherein the physical presence of i the dog is required. Section 2. That any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than One Dollar nor more than Two Hundred Dollars for each such offense. 5e„gtion 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby re- pealed.
