AEI INANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A
CERTAIN STRMS - OR PUBLIC WAS` WITHIN

INM REAS, there is located within the boundaries of the
Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, a certain street or
public way known and designated as " verpure Drive" ; sod
i SAS, it is they opinion of the President and Hoard
of 'Trustees that the name of said street or public way should be
changed;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and 'surd
of Trustees of they `tillage of Oakbrook:
gegtjo,,.1: That the name of the street or public way
heretofore known and designated as "Lverpure Drive" be and the j
same is hereby changed to "Clearwater Drive" , and said street or
public way shall from henceforth be known as "Clearwater Drive".
Section 2: Be it further ordered that the official maps
of the 'Village of Oakbrook be changed to comply with the provisions
of this ordinance.
S can 3_: That this ordinance shall be in full farce
and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statutes
in such case made and provided.
Passed and approved by the President and board of Trustees
