ORDINANCE
The following appropriation ordinance is only a listing or statsmont
of expense requirements for the year, and such list, when properly adopted by
the President and the Board of Trustees, becomes a legal limit beyond which
officials cannot legally incur expenses for the current year covered by the
ordinance.
