BE IT 01WAINED ty the President and the Board. of Trustees
of the 'Villages of Oakbrook,, County of DuPagae, state of Illinois,
that an ordInasnte regulating the sale of alcoholic liquor within
the Villa&* of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, passed and
approved the 17th day of June, 1958, by the President and Board
of Trustees of said Village as from time to time amended, be end
the same hereby is further mended as followst
section In That Section 16 of said osrd nance# as mended,
be and tbs saw* is heraby further amended, and as amended by this
ordinances shall read as follows:

provided that on January 1 of each year then hours during
which no alcoholic liquor shrill be sold at retail and
during which the public shall not bee adwi'tted to any
promises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at
retail shall be between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless
