AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF

THE OAKBROOK ZONING ORDINANCE
i
WHEREAS, the owner of the property, more particularly herein
after described, has petitioned the corporate authorities of the I
Village of Oakbrook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of Oakbrook
with res ect
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village t
to front yard set-back requirements in an ORA-1, Office-Research-
i
Assembly District; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook;
and,
I
WHEREAS, the said Zoning Board of Appeals has reco mmended ,
that the variation be granted; and,
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook concur with said recommendation and are of the opinion
that a variation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE,EREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of!
Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The!,
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oakbrook, Illinois, of 1966",as',
amended contained in Section X B5, pertaining to front yard
requirements to permit a front yard of forty (40) feet rather than'
100 feet, on the following described property, to-wit:
i
Lot 2 in Oak Brook Development Company Assessment Plat
No. 4 in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township
39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the plat thereof recorded August 14, 1967,
as Document No. R67-30610, in Du Page County, Illinois,
i
the general location of the property being 606 Enterprise Drive,
Oakbrook, Illinois.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in
such cases provided.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook, Illinois, this 23rd day of July, 1968.
