AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. S-91 ,
BEING AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN
DEPOSITORIES FOR MUNICIPAL FUNDS OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook, County of DuPage , State of Illinois ,
as follows :
Section L. That Section l of Ordinance No. S-91 , being
an ordinance designating certain depositories for municipal
funds of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois , be
and the same is hereby amended by adding the following
depository authorized to hold funds belonging to the Village
of Oakbrook, to-wit:
Ben Franklin Savings & Loan Association
Oak Brook North Building
L200 Harger Road
OakBrook, Illinois 60521
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force .from and after its passage and publication
as by statute in such case made and provided .
Passed and approved by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook this Lath day of August ,
1968 .
