S-173 - 10/08/1968 - STREETS - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. S-L73 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF 40TH PLACE WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS Whereas, there is located within the boundaries of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, a certain street or public way known and designated as "40th Place" ; and, Whereas, it is the opinion of the President and Board of Trustees that the name of said street or public way should be changed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook: Section 1. That the name of the street or roadway hereto- fore known and designated as "40th Place" be, and the same is, hereby changed to "Pine Hill Lane" , and said street or roadway shall from henceforth be known as "Pine Hill Lane". Section 2. Be it further ordered that the official maps of the Village of Oakbrook be changed to comply with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case made and provided.
