S-7 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS," PASSED AND APPROVED THE 17TH DAY OF JUNE, 1968, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, County of DuPage, State of Illinois, as . follows. Section 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance No. S-7 entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Sale of Alcoholic Liquor Within the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois ," as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended, and as amended shall read as follows: "Section 10 . Number of Licenses. Until otherwise altered or changed by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, the number of Class "A" licenses issued within the Village of Oak Brook shall be limited to seventeen (17) and the number of Class "B" licenses shall not be limited. " Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case made and provided.
