S=204 " AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE OAK BROOK ZONING ORDINANCE Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly described hereinafter has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village !' of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", as amended, with respect to front yard setback, rear yard setback �� - Single-Family Detached Resi'- i an R 2 Sin le i e � and lot size requirements n g y dence District; and, Whereas, a public hearing, pursuant to said request, has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and, j ( Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook concur with said recommendation and are of the opinion that a variation should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ,ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois : -r Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Or iinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, contained in Section VII, Paragraph 3, requiring a lot area of not less than one acre requiring Paragraph q g a front' ra h 9 a) re ui n and Para yard of forty (40) feet and Paragraph 8 a) requiring a rear yard of E sixty (60) feet in depth are hereby varied to permit a lot area of approximately 23,000 square feet, a front yard of 8 feet and a rear yard of 8 feet on the following described real estate: The West 107 feet of Lots 20 and 27, inclusive, and the North 10 feet of Lot 27 (except the West 107 III feet thereof) all in Block 6 in Riverbluff Addition a to Hinsdale, a subdivision of part of Sections 35 j and 36 , Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the f Third Principal Meridian, recorded as Document 59511 in DuPage County, Illinois . The common location of the property is approximately 180 feet west f of Madison Street at Niagara Street in Oak Brook, Illinois. Section 2.
