S=208• G AN ORDINANCE GRANTING p A VARIATION TO THE RULES AND - - REGULATIONS OF "THE OAK BROOK y _ ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1966" : t Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein- after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of �the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois , of 1966" , as amended, with respect to front yard setback in an p' ORA-1 zoning district; and Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and Whereas, the said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the variation be granted; and Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook concur with said recommendation and are of the opinion that a variation should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as _ ' follows: Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook•, Illinois, of 1966", as amended, contained in Section X, B, ` 5, a) , are hereby varied permitting a front yard of 40 feet in depth rather than 100 feet in depth. Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described as, to-wit: Lot 10 in Central Industrial Plaza Subdivision commonly known as the northeast corner of the cul-de-sac at the north end of Enterprise Drive in the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect i from and after its passage and approval. as by statute in such case made and provided.
