ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. S-91 AND
DESIGNATING CERTAIN DEPOSITORIES FOR MUNICIPAL
FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY,
ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as follows :
Section 1. That Ordinance No. S-91, being an ordinance
designating certain depositories for municipal funds of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as amended, be
and it is hereby repealed.
Section 2 . That the following Savings and Loan Associations
and Banks be, and they are, hereby designated depositories of funds
for the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois :

Lincoln Federal Savings and Loan Association
Olympic Savings and Loan Association

Secti'ori 3. That whenever possible and feasible deposits in any
institution shall be made only to the extent that they are fully in-
sured, and the Treasurer and Village Clerk `are directed to make
deposits at the most favorable interest rate available consistent
with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force Trom and--after its passage and publication as by statute in such
case made and provided.
