S-7r BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS BE IT ORDAINED By the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows: Section 1. Section 9 of the Ordinance Regulating the Sale of Alcoholic Liquor Within the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: "Section 9 . Fees Term: The fee for any Class "A" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000 .00) per year. Each such license shall terminate on the thirtieth day of June next follow- ing its issuance. The fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have ex- pired in the license year. The fee for any Class "B" license granted hereunder shall be TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) . Section 2.
