S-233 - 07/27/1971 - VARIATION - Ordinances KPCmk 72071 ORDINANCE N0. • AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION: TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966" , AS AMENDED Whereas, the owner of. the property more particularly herein- after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, with respect to rear yard requirements; and Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and Whereas , 'the said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the variation be granted; and Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook concur in said recommendation and are of the opinion that a variation shouldbe granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of .Oak ,Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows• Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, contained in Section VII, D, 8 (c) , are hereby varied in regard to the-real estate hereinafter described permitting a rear yard buildip line of 11 feet 2 inches c on 2 The eal e' tate e fected here y is legally described S, to-wit Lot 28 of Robinhood Ranch Subdivision, being a sub- division in the West half of Section 36, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County, Illinois, commonly known as 2 Robin Hood Ranch, Oak Brook, Illinois. Section 3 .
