AN ORDINANCE GRANTING
A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF
"THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1.966" ,

AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a special use permit in accordance with
the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, with respect to the
construction and operation of a municipal fire station; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook;
and
Whereas, the said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
j that the special use permit be granted; and

{ Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
j of Oak Brook concur in said recommendation and are of the opinion
that a . special use permit should be granted
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1 . That a special use permit be, and hereby is, granted
for the construction and operation of a municipal fire station on
the hereinafter described real estate in accordance with Article X,
Section B, Subsection 2 (b) (2) , of "The Zoning Ordinance of the
I Village of Oak Brook, Illinois., of 1966" , as amended.
Section 2. That. the real estate effected hereby is legally
described as, to-wit:

! Lot 16 in Central Industrial Plaza Subdivision being
a subdivision in the Southeast quarter of Section 23
and the Southwest quarter of Section 24 , Township 39
' North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the plat thereof recorded June 1, 1965 ,
as Document R65-18254 , in DuPage County, Illinois,
commonly known as the northeast corner of 22nd Street (Cermak Road)
and Enterprise Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois.

Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and efect
from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
