AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. S-167
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE
OF "VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR" AND PRESCRIBING
THE DUTIES THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. S-167, entitled "An Ordinance
Creating The Office of 'Village Administrator' and Prescribing
The Duties Thereof" , is hereby repealed in its entirety.

I Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

from and after its passage and approval according to law.
