AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. S-231, PASSED
AND APPROVED. BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE. VILLAGE OF OAK- BROOK ON JULY 13, 1971
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois, did, on the 13th day of July, 1971, adopt
Ordinance No. S-23I granting a special use permit for the construc-
tion and operation of a drive-in banking facility; and
Whereas, it has been determined that an amendment to the
aforesaid ordinance should be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, that:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. S-231, passed and ap-
proved by time President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook, Illinois, on July 13, 1971, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That a special use permit be, and hereby
is granted for the construction and operation of a drive-in
banking facility on the hereinafter described real estate,
as set forth in the revised site plan dated October 26 ,
1971 attached hereto and made a
part hereof, in accordance
with Article VIII, Section D, Subsection 2 (d) , of "The
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
19664' , as amended."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after—its passage and approval as by statute in such cases
made and provided.
