AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO S-7, .
THE LIQUOR CONTROL ORDINANCE OF THE- VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF
ALLOWABLE CLASS "A" LICENSES WITHIN THE
VILLAGE--OF .OAK. BROOK

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows:
"Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. S--7, being "An Ordinance
Regulating the Sale of Alcoholic Liquor Within the Village of Oak
Brook, DuPage County, Illinois" , is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 110. Number of Licenses: Until otherwise
altered or changed by ordinance or resolution of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, the number
of "Class A". licenses issued within the Village of Oak
Brook shall be limited to eighteen (18) and the number
of "Class B" licenses shall not be limited.
'Section '2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from anndafter .its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
