AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO
THE RULES AND GULATIONS OF "THE
ZONING ORDINANC OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOI , OF 1966" , AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a var ation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning Ordinance of th Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
1966" , as amended, with respect to front and rear yard requirements;
and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Ap eals of the Village of Oak Brook
and
Whereas, the President and Boardlo� Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion that
a variation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of OakBrook, 'DiiPage County, Illinois,, as
follows:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966". ,
as amended, contained in Section X, By 5 a) and c) , are hereby
varied to permit a front yard variation from 100 feet to 35 feet
and a rear yard variation from' 40 feet to 30 feet to allow the
construction of a water treatmInt facility building.
Section 2. The real estate effect�d hereby is legally described
as, to-wit: �
Lot 7 in Butler Company' s M-1 Inc. �Assessment Plat
No. 4. in the Southeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 39 North, Range �1, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in DuP ge County, Illinois ,
commonly known as 2017 Windsor Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois .
Section 3. This ordinanc shall b6 in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approvallas by statute in such case
made and provided.
