AN ORDIN CE GRANTING
A SPECIAL USE ERMIT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF
"THE ZONING OR INANCE10 THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, LLLINOIS , OF 1966" ,
AS A 4ENDED
Whereas , the owner of the property ,more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a special use permit in accordance with
the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 196 " , as amended, with respect to the
construction and operation of a drive-i4 banking facility; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Ap eals of he Village of Oak Brook;
and
Whereas , the President and Boardio Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedi gs and are of the opinion
that a special use permit should be granted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, ;DdPage County, Illinois , as
follows:
Section 1. That a special use permit be, and hereby is , granted
for the construction and operation of adrive-in banking facility in
accordance with the plans and specifications dated April 11, 1972,
on the hereinafter described real estate in accordance with Article
VIII, Section D. , Subsection 2i (d) , of ",The Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Oak Brook, Illinois ` of 1966'± , as amended. Said plans are
further identified as that of John A. ',Mayes , Donald H. Williams & Partners ;
Section 2. That the real estate ', effected hereby is legally Glen
described as, to-wit: Ellyn, Ill ,

Subdivision Unit 1, being a subdivision of part of the
Southeast quarter of Sect on 23, Township 39 North,
Range 11, East of the Thi d Principal Meridian, accord-
ing to the plat thereof r corded July 12 , 1928, as
Document R68-30335, in Du age County, Illinois ,
commonly known as the northeast corner of 22nd Street and Enco
Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois. I
